Wow, Sunday’s. I get the highest amount of Sunday scaries no matter what I do. Of course there are ways I try to make them go away:

  • hanging with friends

  • Exercise

  • Planning out my week 

But somehow the scary thoughts still creep in - what am I going to do with my life, where is my career going, etc. 

I just want to let everyone know today that you aren’t alone in the scaries and it’s okay to have them, let’s just try not to dwell on them.
